Welcome to Point Management, a trusted property management company based in Boston, Massachusetts. We specialize in managing multi family residences, with a strong focus on properties in the vibrant Jeffries Point and Maverick Square neighborhoods as well as throughout all of East Boston.


Many of our apartments are professionally designed, featuring modern kitchens, new electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, and high-quality finishes. To make your life easier, we offer an online portal for leasing, maintenance requests, and rent payments. Our buildings are equipped with enhanced life safety systems and our professional maintenance team is available five days a week. We’re also pet-friendly—without any extra fees.


At Point Management, we prioritize clear communication, respect for privacy, and flexibility. As a small, agile company, we're able to adapt quickly to meet your needs. Stay tuned for our expansion into additional Boston neighborhoods in the years to come!

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
